To celebrate this years World Menopause Day the Menopause Staff Network are hosting a talk by Professor Sorinola from Warwick Medical School.

Menopause demystified: Understanding and managing the condition

Professor Sorinola is a professor of medical education at Warwick Medical School and Consultant Gynaecologist at Warwick hospital. He specialises in urogynaecology and pelvic floor problem. His talk on menopause will cover what menopause is, why it happens, the manifestations of menopause on the body especially its impact on the pelvic floor. He will also discuss the various approaches to management and the resources available to support women with the condition. There will be opportunity to discuss, share experiences and answer questions.

The talk will take place from1pm until 2pm on 18 October in OC1.09 in the Occulus Building.
