Diversity Book Clubs
Diversity and inclusion book clubs aim to raise awareness of the diversity issues that prevail wiithin our society and sector, ensuring that members understand the key challenges and barriers that their peers and colleagues may be facing.

- Where to find it? There is one copy in our Library, and also several in Birmingham and Coventry Libraries (potentially elsewhere, depending on where you live). Secondhand copies are c.£6-7.
- What do you need to do?
- Get hold of a copy if you can.
- Read as much as you are able.
- If things get hectic (or you’re especially keen for more), there are interviews with Ocean on YouTube.
- Maybe jot down some thoughts/feelings/memorable scenes/points of connection?
- Who? Our Network is for all staff who identify as LGBTQUIA+ at Warwick. Please feel welcome to share with friends and colleagues who self-identify and may be interested. Network Chairs will be glad to add them to the group.
If your department has a diversity book club, let us know and we will include it on this list. Email Michaela on
