Banke Sotomi, Senior Consultant

Banke Sotomi is a Senior Consultant, Executive coach and Facilitator at Delta, with over 20 years experience in the corporate world as a qualified commercial lawyer in the UK and in Nigeria. She is a certified Life and Executive Coach by the LCAN (Life Coaches Association ofNigeria) and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (the ICF Nigeria Chapter) and European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

Banke is Delta’s leading consultant on our inclusive ecosystem change programmes, working with key organisational stakeholders (senior sponsors, HR/DEI leads, as well as professionalsfrom underrepresented groups) to progress talent and build inclusive cultures. Banke uses a combination of integrative practices in her coaching including Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness to support behavioural change in her coachees. Her coaching includes impactful 1:1 and group coaching sessions that are focused on helping individuals make lasting life and career transformations, as well as corporate executive initiatives with various companies to improve productivity, performance, and profitability.

Banke has significant experience in personal, professional and career development and is experienced in creating and facilitating practical workshops focused on providing tools and strategies to empower and support individuals into leadership capacity. She thrives on helping individuals identify their superpowers and grow in self-confidence so that they can achieve more and make an impact in the world.

Uzma Waseem, Senior Consultant and Coach

At Delta, Uzma works closely with clients and the core Delta team while leading on the design and implementation of change initiatives focused on the broader DEI spectrum.

Prior to joining Delta, Uzma worked as a business psychologist at Genius WithinCIC, where she delivered neurodiversity consultancy, coaching and diagnostic assessments for individuals and executive teams across a broad range of FTSE100 clients. Uzma’s previous experience also includes Leadership Consultancy for the Institute for Leadership and management (ILM), Occupational Assessor for Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), alongside teaching and supervision on MSc occupational and business psychology courses at Coventry University and King’s College London.

With almost 10 years experience as a practitioner psychologist, Uzma is a skilled consultant using her skills in facilitation, coaching, and psychometrics. Within the last 3 years she has trained extensively in the field of cognitive and neurodiversity and is now working towards her professional doctorate researching inclusive practices in the workplace from a neurodiversity perspective.
