No matter how this new chapter looks for you, there’s no doubt that staying fit and healthy will allow you to enjoy every minute to its fullest.

Spending hours in the gym isn’t the only way to stay well. There are plenty of things you can do to stay vivacious in older age, and we’ve listed 50 of them below.
