Guest Pass

  • The free Gym & Swim guest pass (‘Pass’) is subject to availability and valid between 1-15 August 2023. No membership purchase needed.
  • The Pass gives free access to the gym and pool facilities at the Sports and Wellness Hub each day between 1-15 August. View opening times .
  • To access the free Pass, guests must register with the reception team at the Sports and Wellness Hub at the start of every visit. Members must accompany their guest(s) at all times. There is no limit to the number of guests per member than can register for a Pass between 1-15 August. Only one guest may accompany a member at any given time
  • The Pass may be claimed by any guest who does not have a Warwick Sport membership. Members who have cancelled their membership within the last 30 days are not eligible.
  • Guests must be 16 years old or over to access the facilities.
  • Free access to the gym and swimming pool is subject to availability and capacity levels. Guests are encouraged to view the swimming timetable before they arrive to check public swim times.

Refer a friend

  • Only public, staff and youth members are eligible to claim a free month’s membership as a result of the ‘refer a friend’ Scheme. To claim a free month of membership, a referred guest must join on a direct debit membership. The membership may be any type (e.g Inclusive, Gym & Swim).
  • A free month will be applied to the member’s account once a guest has bought a direct debit membership. The free month will be added to the member’s account the following direct debit month (if the guest buys a membership between the 1st and 14th of any month) or the month thereafter (if the guest buys a membership between 15th and the end of any month). Examples:
    • A guest buys a membership on the 13 June. The member receives a free month on 1 July.
    • A guest buys a membership on 17 June. The member receives a free month on 1 August.
  • If a referred guest cancels their membership within the 14 day cooling off period or defaults on their initial monthly payment, the member will not qualify for a free month of membership.
  • Only one free month may be claimed.
  • Warwick Sport reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the free Pass or ‘refer a friend’ scheme (‘Scheme’) at any time. The Pass and Scheme are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
