We are the 'face' of Warwick Accommodation, Student Records, Student Finance, and many other academic-related enquiries.

SITS Production (Live) unavailable - 17:00 on Fri 23rd January until 09:00 Tues 27th January 2026 

The Student Records System (SITS) will be unavailable from 17:00 on Friday 23rd January until 09:00 on Tuesday 27th January 2026, while we perform essential maintenance. During this period:

• Students will be unable to view their academic record (eVision), request changes to their student record, view their university financial status or make online payments for fees or accommodation.
• Staff will be unable to access any of the online Student Records processes usually associated with their roles therefore we are unable to produce student status letters, finance invoices/receipts, academic verifications.
• Applicants will be unable to view the online Student Records applicant portal (managed by central Admissions) or the Universal Admissions course application form.
• It will not be possible to access the SITS (PROD) software client
