Staff Neurodiversity Peer Support Group

What is the Staff Neurodiversity Peer Support Group?

This group - formed in March 2024 - aims to create a safe and confidential space for members of staff who would like support with their neurodivergent experiences and general wellbeing.

Anyone who attends can share lived experience and knowledge, in a safe and respectful environment.

What can I expect if I attend the group?

The group will be facilitated by professionally trained Lead Peer Support Staff. These staff will follow best practice and ethical guidelines.

You'll have the opportunity to connect with other neurodivergent staff and collaborate on ideas and projects - we believe this can have a huge positive impact on our wellbeing.
