Our opening hours this summer
Wellbeing and Student Support
Wellbeing and Student Support are here to support you this exam season and beyond, with consultation sessions being offered from Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm via the Wellbeing Portal. You can also call Wellbeing and Student Support on 024 7657 5570.
The Residential Community team are here to support you 365 days of the year and our on-call Residential Community Assistants are available to provide support, guidance and signposting.

If you are on-campus, you can also call Community Safety 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergency help and first aid.
The staff Employee Assistance Programme is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Visa advice for international students
Based in the Senate House Student Opportunity Hub, our Student visa advice service will remain open throughout the summer on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Online appointments can be pre-booked via MyAdvantage and in-person drop-ins are available from 1.30-3pm. Find out more on this page.

Chaplaincy
The Chaplaincy is available to students and staff at the University of all faiths and none, 24/7 during term-time and vacations. The Islamic Prayer Hall is open from 7:30am-10:30pm during the summer vacation. Any changes to the usual opening hours will be posted to the summer closures page. Unitemps
From 11th Aug to 31st Aug - open Monday to Thursday 09:00am - 16:30pm, and until 16:00pm on Fridays. Closed on Monday 25th August.
