WMG China Offer Holders
For applicants from China holding an offer for WMG, please note that the University of Warwick has an official contract with Dr Euphemia Yuen to provide application support for all WMG programmes for students from China. For this reason, Dr Euphemia Yuen is listed as the supporting agent on your CAS. This is a standard part of our process and does not require any action from you. Please see the WMG Representative page for more information on this.
Frequently Asked Questions
I don't recognise the name of the agent added to my CAS?
If a name above has been added to your CAS and you are working with an Agent, but not the agent listed, we recommend speaking to your agent in the first instance. They will be able to confirm their relationship with the agent we have a contract with.
What if I change agents during the application process?
You must inform the University as soon as possible. We can only record one agent on your CAS, so it is important that the information is accurate and up to date.
Can I remove my agent from my application?
If you decide you no longer wish to be represented by an agent, you can notify the University and we will update your record, however as the agent has supported your application, they will need to be listed on your CAS.
How do I tell the University who my agent is?
You will be asked to confirm this during your application. If your circumstances change, you can contact the University at int.recruitment@warwick.ac.uk to update your details before your CAS is issued.
What happens if the agent name on my CAS is incorrect?
You must notify the University immediately. A corrected CAS may need to be issued before you submit your visa application.
Does the University pay commission to all agents?
Only approved University of Warwick agents receive commission for supporting incoming students. Commission is not paid for students from the United States or those eligible for US federal loans.
Why is this requirement important?
This change supports transparency, student protection, and quality assurance across the UK sector. It helps ensure that students receive accurate advice and that universities work with reputable, responsible agents.
