Providing details of your current visa and/or passport

Use this form to provide us with a copy of your current or new visa and / or passport or other documents if requested to do so by the Student Immigration and Compliance team.


If your visa has the Police Registration Condition:


You were required to register with the Police within 10 days of your arrival.


If any of the details previously given, such as your address, passport of BRP have changed, you are required to update your Police Registration within 7 days of the change occuring.

Failing to comply with this requirement could lead to your visa being curtailed.



If you have a new passport:


You are required to notify the UKVI of your new passport within 7 days of receiving it.


To do this, you will need to click on the following link, download the Migrant Change in Circumstances form, fill in the form, and post to the UKVI.

The following section should be completed if you are using the BRP ACL Post Arrival Process (PAP):

Please confirm whether you give consent for the Immigration and Compliance Team to share your information with the UKVI so that you are kept up to date regarding the receipt of your BRP if using the PAP process (required)

Please note that failure to give consent to share your details with the UKVI for the purpose of the production and delivery of your BRP may mean you miss the delivery of your BRP which may cause you problems.  We would recommend you give your consent for this purpose.


Please now ensure you attach the document(s) as requested by Student Immigration.

 

If attaching a BRP:

We require a clear scan or photo of BOTH sides of your BRP.

 

If attaching your 30/90 day Temporary Travel Vignette, or, Visa Vignette if you are not receiving a BRP:

We require a clear scan or photo of this page so that all text and images are legible.

 

If attaching your Passport Data Page:

We require a clear scan or photo of this page so that all text and images are legible.

 

If attaching Proof of UK application:

We require either:

 

  • A copy of your full UKVI Document Checklist PDF

OR

  • A copy of your full UKVI Application PDF.
