Pathways to Banking and Finance Year 12 Launch

The Pathways to Banking and Finance Launch will give you an exciting and inspirational taster of what you can expect over the next two years of the programme. There will be keynote speeches from academic and industrial partners, a series of fun ice-breaker games such as Who wants to be a Millionaire Banker, and introductions to the areas of Banking and Finance.

This day will be spent experiencing a Mock Assessment Centre at Deutsche Bank in Birmingham. Attending this day will give you the opportunity to practice your interview skills and prep your CV ready for your work experience.

This day will give you some great preperation for work experience, how to prepare your CVB and also give you the opportunity to talk to lots of professionals worknig in the financial industry.

Pathways to Banking and Finance Year 12 PwC Assessment Day

During the Assessment and Coaching Day you'll have an introductions to PwC and what they do as an organisation, an overview of their work placements opportunities, discussions on employability skills, advice on applications forms. It will set you up for any work experience application but is perfect if you are looking to work for PwC at some point.

Year 13 Celebration Event

A cross-programme event for all of our Year 13 students. We'll have a key note speaker and talks about how you can transition to university life. Afternoon tea will be provided and you'll have a chance to chat to a Q&A panel from student finance and university students to answer any questions you might have. There will also be a student societies taster. This is a great way to celebrate and complete your programmes with University of Warwick.

Academic Taster Day

Academic Taster Day for our Outreach Programme students. Experience a real day in the life of an undergraduate law student on campus with lectures and seminars on a wide range of topics. There will also be a Q&A and a campus tour.

A-level Revision Bootcamp

Runs from Tuesday, April 16 to Thursday, April 18.

This will give your students the chance to kickstart their revision and set themselves up well for their exams. A revision bootcamp like no other, working with leading teachers from across the West Midlands for support with content knowledge and exam technique.

Pathways to Banking and Finance and Pathways to Law Year 12 Personal Statement Event

For Law students this is about getting students prepared to start writing their personal statement for UCAs applications and understanding which universities require them to sit the LNAT as well as lots of practical advice and guidance on preparing for the LNAT.

For Banking and Finance students this is about getting students to start writing their personal statement for UCAs applications and what the next steps are.
