How to meet the conditions of your offer

Your offer will clearly state any conditions you are required to satisfy. Below you will find helpful guidance on how to meet your offer conditions and some short videos to help explain some of the steps of the process. The Admissions Service is working away from the University due to the ongoing pandemic, so please do not post your documents. Bring your original degree certificate and final transcripts with you to Warwick to be checked during your studies. Please let us know if you are not able to provide the documents requested by speaking to one of our colleagues on the live chat.
- Upload scans of your degree certificate, final transcript and your university's grading scale in the Applicant Portal. Please also upload a scan of your graduation certificate if your university provides one.
- Document scans should be in colour, clear and easy to read. Collate all of your qualifications into 1 document to allow easy upload.
- Ensure your degree documents confirm the title of your degree, final mark and the award date. We recommend that you upload both your degree certificate and transcript. If you are providing an official letter from your institution to confirm your award, this should be signed with official letterhead, and needs to confirm the title of your degree, your final mark and the award date. If any information is missing we may not be able to accept the document.
- If your documents have been issued in a language other than English please also provide an official translation.
- Once you have uploaded your documents please allow 15 working days for processing.
- Bring your original degree certificate and final transcripts with you to Warwick to be checked during your studies.
