Set the Pace of the Warwick Student Experience
Together, we will transform the world through education and opportunity.
My time at the University of Warwick has been filled with great experiences. Donors have given me the opportunity to receive a world-class education, which I would not have otherwise. The generosity of Warwick’s community of supporters has truly changed my life.

Support the Warwick Student Experience
Your generosity brings ambition to life and turns opportunity into impact. By supporting our students, you help them discover their purpose, pursue their passions and change the world. Together, we can ensure that talent, not background, determines who thrives at Warwick.
Warwick has one of the most ambitious access and participation strategies in the UK. Donor support has seen this go from strength to strength. Over the past five years, the number of new students from the most deprived areas of the UK has nearly doubled. Today, one in four Warwick undergraduates comes from a low-income background.
Diversity among the student community brings unique perspectives, disciplines, and experiences. But our focus is not only on bringing the brightest and best minds to Warwick. We are also on a mission to ensure that every student can thrive and make the most of their Warwick experience.
Donor support means breaking down more barriers, offering extra opportunities, and building a fairer society. With outreach starting as early as primary school, and scholarships to close financial gaps, your support helps to empower students throughout their university journey and prepare them for life well after graduation.
You could help tackle the invisible barriers that prevent talented students from participating fully in university life by backing our programmes. Our award-winning initiative, Thrive, directly addresses the low self-confidence, loneliness, imposter phenomenon, and perceived lack of belonging that so many of our undergraduates can experience.
The Undergraduate Research Support Scheme (URSS) receives donor funding and inspires students to conduct self-directed research projects during the summer. Students are mentored by leading academics and gain experiences that are proven to significantly enhance degree performance.
We are committed to ensuring every student can access the full Warwick Student Experience. Your support will enable more students to seize opportunities, maximise their potential and become world-changing graduates.
URSS participants are twice as likely to be awarded a first-class degree, compared to the rest of the student body.
Thrive participants reported a 50% increase in confidence, a 41% boost in resilience, and a 61% rise in agency, alongside a stronger sense of belonging.
Warwick’s Social Inclusion Early Career Internship Programme was named Pre-Recruitment Programme of the Year at the UK Social Mobility Awards 2026.

When I arrived at Warwick, imposter syndrome was a real problem for me. I was questioning whether I deserved to be here. But after I secured a place on the Thrive programme, I was able to tackle my low confidence head on. Armed with much higher resilience, I also secured a bursary for URSS and took part in a research project tackling real-world challenges.
When donors give to the Warwick Student Experience, more opportunities like these can be created.
I’m so grateful to anyone who gives to support these schemes. They are truly life-changing.

My personal development and professional journey was shaped by my time at Warwick. I have always been grateful for the opportunities, friendships and experiences forged on campus.
I support the Warwick Student Experience because I want to help ensure today's students have the same opportunity to learn, grow and realise their potential.
Donating feels like a meaningful way to invest in future generations - we’re nurturing the next generation of researchers and future global leaders. I feel privileged to be able to give something back.
