Welcome Week Timetable

The Welcome Week Timetable is now live! Use your personalised timetable to see all your course induction sessions and discover societies, sports clubs, essential support, entertainment and more.

Technical Issues

The previous technical issues should now be resolved and you should be able to view and add optional events to your timetable.

You'll need to have received your enrolment email and registered for your IT account before you can log in. You'll receive your enrolment email 4 - 6 weeks before your course start date.

Remember, if you'll be living on campus, you should arrange to arrive between Thursday 19 - Sunday 22 September. We've planned some activity from the Thursday, but you won't be missing out if you're not arriving until Sunday evening. Welcome Week starts on Monday 23 September.

Find your bearings with our interactive campus map. We're also offering campus tours throughout the Arrivals period and into Welcome Week, just pop down to the Welcome Hub to take a 45 minute tour with a current student.

Living at University Guide

Starting University is a busy and exciting time. We've compiled lots of information about life on campus to help you prepare and feel ready for the start of your journey here at Warwick.

Special offers and discounts during Welcome Week

We're so excited to have new students on campus that our colleagues in Warwick Arts Centre, Warwick Food Group, Unitemps and Warwick Sport have a range of special offers and discounts happening across Welcome Week! Check out their pages for details!

International Students - Right to Study Check

After completing course registration, all international students requiring a visa to study in the UK will need to attend an in-person right to study check (you can also collect your BRP at the same time, if we have it). You'll also be able to pick up a free UK SIM card (on a first come, first served basis), and speak to a friendly International Student Ambassador and ask any questions you might have about life in the UK. For students arriving during our main arrivals window in September, you can book your right to study check via the Welcome Week Timetable.

We're also running various sessions throughout the Arrivals Period and Welcome Week for international students, including advice on digital banking, day trips to take in the UK and adapting to UK culture. Head to the Welcome Week Timetable and use the "Filter by event type" and tick "International Students" to find out more!

We've highlighted some of the activities you can take part in below, but there are hundreds more available in your Welcome Week Timetable. All of your welcome events from your department will already appear when you log in, and you'll then be able to look through hundreds of optional activities on offer to personalise your timetable to suit you.

Check out the Residential Community Team's Arrivals Stage to watch society performances, attend welcome talks and Q&A with support services, society taster sessions, join walking buses around campus and to Cannon Park shopping centre and more!

On Saturday night we'll also have live music from Warwick Bass Soc, Brass Soc and Band Soc to get the party started!

Come on your own or with a group - we will start with some conversation starters to help you get to know each other before the movie begins!

International Student Welcome

If you have just arrived to study at Warwick from outside of the UK, you are warmly invited to join us for an event to welcome you to the University.

This will also give you the chance to meet and chat to others from around the world, and participate in conversations and activities around tables. Staff from a range of professional services will be available to talk to you about support they can offer you. Tea and snacks will also be served.

We'll have different societies each day, check out the list for Weds 25th and Thurs 26th Sep and pop down every day to meet them all!

You can meet the sports club execs at Sports Fair, this is your chance to see them in action, and try your hand at what they do! Test your eye at Archery, jump into Canoe Polo or have a bounce with Trampoline Club, all the taster sessions will be available to book on the Welcome Week Timetable.

The Students' Union are ready to start Welcome Week with a bang! They're running Icebreakers, a Foam Party, a Bollywood night and more, so never fear that you'll have a dull night.
