In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats
In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats is an immersive exhibition and VR experience that transports you to the heart of the UK’s late-80s rave scene. From pirate radio stations to secret warehouses, step into the shoes of rave culture pioneers and experience the anticipation, trepidation, and euphoria of the Acid House movement.
The exhibition runs from 29 September to 13 October at the Mead Gallery.

In these relaxed workshop, you’ll create your own lantern and explore ways to personalise it with designs that reflect identity, culture, or creativity.

Museum of Climate Stories: Campus Kin project
Have you had a memorable experience on campus that made you think differently about your relationship to the world around us?
To mark 60 years of the University as a place where people have been forming relationships with the land on which we live, work and study, we’re looking for stories about your encounters with the plants, lichens, trees, fungi, insects, and animals with which we share our campus.

Poetry Trail: A Science Art Collision
Celebrating the work of current academics from Gibbet Hill and reflecting the expansion around Gibbet Hill, the trail will encourage people to explore wonderful but relatively less accessed green spaces, providing an opportunity for everyone to enjoy our beautiful campus - combining literature, biology and outdoor activity, promoting mental health & wellbeing.

Year 9 Schools Event - Language Learners as Peacemakers
This event is part of the outreach and widening participation work delivered to local schools by the School of Modern Languages and Cultures. We are collaborating on this occasion with Coventry Cathedral to design an event to mark the 80th anniversary since the end of World War Two and University of Warwick’s 60th birthday.
