Hand being painted with henna Sonia Sabri Company: Lok Virsa - Mehndi Henna Hand Art

Mehndi is the art of painting the body in elaborate designs with henna, a natural herb. Choose a contemporary design and the artist will decorate your hand with it. (Tattoo is not permanent and will wear off.)

This event is part of Lok Virsa, presented by Sonia Sabri Company - a one-day arts festival or ‘mela’ of arts activities and pop-up performances for all the family. Lok Virsa simply means ‘heritage of the people’ and is perfect for everyone of all ages from different cultures and backgrounds.
