British Conference of Undergraduate Research (BCUR) 2018
As a partner institution of BCUR we were delighted that 27 undergraduates from Warwick were accepted and presented their research work at BCUR earlier this month. This year BCUR was held at the University of Sheffield and hosted students from 69 institutions, from a variety of disciplines. At the two day conference students had a fantastic opportunity to present their research work by speaking, poster, installation or performance, with Warwick students participating in each element. The conference was busy, packed full of interesting topics and debates, it also offered the chance to network and socialise with fellow students and academics.
BCUR19 has already been announced, it will be held over two days, 15th – 16th April 2019, at the University of South Wales in Cardiff. Look out for a Call for Abstracts in the autumn term with a submission deadline during December 2018.
