Self-Organised Groups

UNISON is committed to giving everyone a voice in the union. Our 'self-organised groups' include those who are traditionally under represented:

Young members
Retired members
LGBT+ members
Disabled members
Women in UNISON
Black members

Whilst we have a diverse membership and committee with members from these communities, these self-organised groups are not currently active within the University of Warwick UNISON Branch.

Please note that these groups have annual conferences and the group can nominate a member to attend this with financial support from the union.
