The Study Café (previously known as Study Buddies) - Survey

Thank you for attending a Study Cafe session in the Faculty of Arts. We would be very grateful if you could fill out this short survey to help us improve our offering in the future. If you have any questions please contact Dr Rebecca Stone.

NOTICE: The organisers of the Study Cafe programme (Dr Rebecca Stone, Senior Teaching Fellow and Director of Student Experience) and Dr Damien Homer (Widening Participation Faculty Co-ordinator) would like to be able to use the anonymous feeback gathered here to inform their research study on student experience. If you are happy for them to do this, please read the Participant Information Leaflet (below) and tick 'yes' when asked for your consent.

If you do not with to give your consent for this, we would still very much welcome your feedback. Simply click 'no' when asked for your consent, and fill out the form as usual. This means that your opinions will still be used to improve the Study Cafe in future sessions, but your feedback will not be used to inform the research study.

Please note: you are still welcome to complete this feedback form without giving your consent. This means that we will still receive your feedback on your opinion of the Study Cafe and we will use this information to improve the Study Cafe in future sessions, but we will not use this information to inform our research study (required)

This form is anonymous. No data which personally identifies you is collected on the form.  We will use this data to develop the Study Cafe programme.

If you consent to this data also being used for a future research study on student experience, please read the Participant Information Leaflet and choose 'yes' when asked for your consent. All of the data collected will still be completely anonymous.
