The Politics of Sedition in Long Nineteenth Century Britain: A Social and Cultural Discourse

The information here is for delegates who have registered to attend this event.

Thank you for registering to attend The Politics of Sedition in Long Nineteenth Century Britain: A Social and Cultural Discourse to be held at the University of Warwick on Saturday 10th November 2018.

Registration with tea and coffee will be from 09.30 - 10.00 in the Ground Floor Corridor of the Humanities Building on Central Campus.

Please use the main entrance in Library Road to access the Humanities Building.

Car parking is free in car parks 8 and 8a - both of these are close to Library Road.

A provisional programme will be posted here.

Delegates are advised to check back regularly in case there are changes to the programme, starting time or venue.

Getting to the University of Warwick

It is worth pointing out to people who are visiting for the first time that the UOW is not actually in Warwick.

Coventry is the nearest mainline station.

Information about travelling to campus can be found here.

Accommodation

It is up to delegates to arrange their own accommodation if needed.

B&B at Radcliffe House on campus is available for £79.00 per person per night and can be booked here.

Otherwise there are plenty of hotels and B&Bs in Coventry (nearest), Earlsdon and Kenilworth.
