The conference keynote speakers Profs. Dominic Boyer and Cymene Howe (Rice University) are kindly joining us on Friday 21st February to run the Environmental Humanities Network Reading group on “The Energy Humanities” to discuss their exciting recent ‘duograph’, entitled Wind and Power in the Anthropocene, an innovative ethnographic study that emerged from shared fieldwork conducted in Mexico’s Isthmus of Tehuantepec. Boyer's is entitled Energopolitics, Howe's Ecologics, and we will read excerpts from both volumes, please find the readings on our website here.
