There are a range of events and activities that sit alongside this year's conference that are intended to enrich your experience.

Conference Tea and Coffee Breaks

Tea and coffees will be served in the Oculus Foyer during designated refreshment breaks. If you would like to purchase your own hot drinks or refreshments, Café Nero will be open in the Faculty of Arts Building or Pret can be found over by the Rootes Building, where lunches are served.

Conference Lunches

Warm conference lunches will be served from Rootes Restaurant on each of the three days.

Conference Welcome Reception

This will take place in the Faculty of Arts Building (FAB) Agora. During this reception it is the perfect opportunity to enagage with the Practice Gallery.

Practice Gallery

The Practice Gallery will take place in the foyer of the Faculty of Arts Building. It will run throughout the conference, being given the spotlight during the drinks reception on Day 1. We encourage delegates to engage with the work displayed here. You can also discover more about these works through talks that take place in the Open Panels.

Conference Dinner - the Big Birthday Bash

Full details of the conference dinner and the big birthday bash will follow in due course. What we can tease is to expect good food and excellent music, as we celebrate Coventry's music heritage with sets from a Two Tone Band, followed by music from a DJ. We aim to keep the price the same as previous years at £50.

Sports and Wellbeing Facilities

If you're staying on campus you can get free access to the gym and swimming pool at Warwick's state-of-the-art Sports and Wellbeing Hub. To register, please follow this link.
