Maddie highlights the difficulties and successes women face in business. She shares the possibility of failures and the courage to challenge traditional approaches, charting new ways to foster innovation and create new possibilities. Maddie highlights the importance of sustainability in business in relation to women with a tagline titled 'Ecofeminism'.

Nicola Blasetti - 'Finding your role in climate action: What ignites your passion?'

Nicola Blasetti explores his journey from being a Warwick student to working as a UK civil servant in hydrogen innovation. He elaborates on our generation's mission to fight the climate crisis and finding your own voice and role in climate action. Through explaining his self-reflective journey in climate policy at the national, European and international level, he leaves the audience inspired to find their own voice and do their bit in the fight against climate change.
