Green Gown Awards
Warwick has made it through to the finals of this year’s Green Gown Awards in the Enterprise, Sustainability Champion, and Community categories.
These Awards exist to recognise the exceptional sustainability initiatives being undertaken by universities and colleges in the UK, and our progress to the finals in 3 categories is fantastic recognition of all the hard work that goes into sustainability at Warwick. New Undergraduate Degree in Global Sustainable Development
The University has approved a brand new BASc single honours course in Global Sustainable Development to be launched in October 2018.
Building upon the success of the existing joint degree courses and taking account of feedback received from current and prospective students, this new course allows students to study in-depth the issues around Global Sustainable Development that concern them most.

Warwick research: Believe you can stop climate change and you will

We are proud to announce the re-launch of GLOBUS magazine. We have officially handed over the magazine to the students who have redesigned the magazine and made it their own!
Huge improvement in Warwick's Green League ranking
Warwick has risen to 34th place in this year’s Green League after two years of not being ranked in the top 100; a fantastic achievement, especially given the rate at which our campus has expanded over recent years.
Warwick and Waitrose tackle global food security together
Food security is at the heart of a new doctoral training collaboration between the University and Waitrose. We’ll be providing PhD students with academic development and industry training in agriculture and sustainable crop production.
