New Africa Research Network launching in October

African Landscape
On Wednesday 16 October 2019 the network launch of Warwick's Africa Research Network, led by GSD Assistant Professor Nick Bernards, will take place from 1pm-3pm in R0.14 (Ramphal Building).

Newly established in 2019-20, the Africa Research Network aims to promote and raise the profile of research on or in Africa at Warwick. The network is founded on the recognition that, while there has been historically and is at present a good deal of excellent research on Africa going on at Warwick, it has often been scattered across departments, faculties, and disciplines. The network aims to be a hub for researchers with interests across the region, promoting interdisciplinary and collaborative work. Dr Nick Bernards will be the director of the Africa Research Network at Warwick.

If you're interested in attending the informal networking event on Wednesday 16 October 2019, please see here for further details. The network is funded by an IAS Award.
