Sarah Stear
Sarah Stear is Head of Climate Change and Sustainability at Warwickshire County Council. Sarah has responsibility for delivering Warwickshire’s Sustainable Future’s Strategy and accompanying net zero targets for the county of Warwickshire.
Sarah has a breadth of experience within the public sector. Whilst starting her working life in academia, carrying out research across the construction industry, she has gone on to spend most of her career implementing government policy and delivering projects, programmes and services within the civil service and for the last four years within local authorities.
Throughout her career she has been responsible for delivering solutions that work for businesses and communities; this has included connecting organisations and establishing strong partnerships to improve the way the public sector operates.
