WATE Postgraduates who teach

About the Awards for Postgraduates who teach

This award is open to very early career educators teaching and supporting learning (typically postgraduate researchers who teach) who due to the nature of their role will not necessarily have the full range of responsibility across all aspects of teaching practice. For example, they may be seminar leaders, lab demonstrators, they may give feedback to students, but may not have designed the curriculum or assessment.

There will be seven winners each receiving £350 and seven commendees who will receive £150. These will be split evenly across the Faculties and also include a dedicated award for interdisciplinary education.

Nominations for the 2024 Awards are now closed.
