WATE 24 Community & Culture Award winner
About the Community and Culture Award
WATE Community and Culture is awarded to communities who work together to create, promote and sustain a culture which enables transformative education. People work together to build the conditions for teaching excellence, and a learning environment where all members of the community can thrive and grow as they work and learn together.
Winner - Masters Management and Operations Subteams
The WBS MSc Management and Operations teams work with students to build a collaborative community focused on providing a holistic student experience that enables an excellent learning experience, but also facilitates student wellbeing through pastoral support and extra-curricular activity. Our focus is on face to face, personalised contact with students, involving them in development of their programme, both academically and socially, for current and future cohorts. We also work closely with faculty to support them to deliver excellent teaching. This is at the heart of this nomination.
About the teams
The Management Masters and Operations Teams are two sub teams in the WBS Masters Group that are committed to providing an excellent service to our students to support their studies and have a Warwick student experience that they will remember for the rest of their lives!
