Inside WIHEA: Learning Beyond Boundaries Podcast

A University of Warwick podcast exploring educational excellence through authentic staff-student partnership.

WIHEA is the UK's first institutional academy dedicated to advancing learning and teaching through genuine partnership work between educators and students. This podcast takes you inside that transformative work, examining how staff and students collaborate to reshape educational practice and create meaningful impact across the global higher education landscape.

Through monthly conversations with WIHEA Fellows, alumni, and partners at Warwick and beyond, we will explore how educational innovation happens in practice; from AI-enhanced learning to compassionate pedagogies, from individual teaching innovations to institutional change, and the real-world challenges of creating truly collaborative learning environments.

Hosted by Dr Tom Ritchie, WIHEA Fellow (22-25) and Learning Circle Co-Lead, this podcast goes beyond theory to share the stories and strategies behind WIHEA's commitment to 'Learning Beyond Boundaries.'

This podcast is produced in partnership with the Warwick International Higher Education Academy.
