SH2.19 contains a digital screen with video conferencing unit.

I would like to use the equipment in SH2.19 and will ensure that due care is taken in the use of that equipment.

I understand that completion of the room booking form does not constitute a booking; if the room is available you will be sent a calendar invite via Outlook for you to accept.

I understand that any technical support required before or during the meeting must be sought directly from IT Services.

I understand that the room should be left as it was found, including the layout of seats and tables.

I understand that if food and drink are brought into the room, they should be removed by the end of the meeting (this includes university catering, which should be left for collection in the communal kitchen).
