The purpose of this event is for academics and professional services staff to consider how their teaching and learning and activities with students is preparing them to transition to their next destinations and allow dialogue as to what we can be doing in the curricula and co-curricular space.

• What skills and qualities graduate employers looks for

• How these skills and qualities are developed through university education

• How these are assessed by graduate recruiters as part of the selection process
