Coaching in Academic Tutoring & Advising: Practice Exchange for Educators
Location: MS Teams
A space to share, reflect and learn from each other's experience of using coaching with students.
We are launching these sessions in December, and we will agree as a group on what we want achieve collectively.
These are not training sessions, rather we will:
- share an experience/challenge and get ideas from colleagues
- reflect on what has/hasn't worked
- discover hands-on coaching techniques we can try in our practice
- discuss readings and consider how they might translate into practice.
