Diary management; agendas; minutes; room bookings and catering.

Orders:

Ordering stationary, furniture and computer hardware. Responsible for the department purchasing card. Creating purchase orders and processing invoices on SAP.

Events:

Room and catering books, risk assessments, booking guest speakers, and travel and accommodation.

Recruitment:

Booking interviews, creating interview packs, right to work checks and expense payments.

PGR:

PGR administrator, updating PGR database, dealing with student queries, booking summer schools, monitoring points, updating the PGR handbook, and adding students to the Moodle sites.

Intranet/Website:

Updating website and department intranet.

Estates:

Opening estates jobs.
