EUTOPIA-SIF Fellowships

The EUTOPIA Science and Innovation Fellowship ProgrammeLink opens in a new window (EUTOPIA-SIF) will fund 76 two-year fellowships over 4 calls and offers outstanding early career researchers an opportunity to develop their independent research profile and undertake training to help establish an academic career.

The programme offers an opportunity to bring outstanding early-career researchers to Warwick, as well as being an excellent opportunity for our own early career researchers to travel to one of the EUTOPIA partners and take a significant step towards establishing themselves in an academic role.

The fourth call for EUTOPIA SIF Fellowships is now closed.

  • The IAS at Warwick will offer up to four fellowships in the fourth call
  • Fellows will be based in the IAS but will also need an academic mentor based in one of the academic departments or centres at Warwick
  • A support letter from the academic mentor is required in the application as part of the eligibility criteria. Applications without a valid support letter will not be eligible
  • The IAS is not able to broker connections between applicants and prospective academic mentors. Applicants are strongly advised to contact potential mentors directly to discuss their application. There is also an option to use the Pre-Application Stage described in the Guide For Applicants but please note this does not guarantee any pairing with a host academic mentor.
