Warwick BLASTER team facilitate five-day 'Best Practice in Undergraduate Research' training event
Members of the BLASTER (Best Liberal Arts and Science Teaching Expanded and Reinforced) team from Warwick facilitated a five-day event in October at Leuphana University, Germany, where staff and student experts from European partner institutions showcased best practice in undergraduate research, and formed small research teams to continue the exploration of innovations in this area.
Evaluating the Outdoor Learning Experience

Participants will be encouraged to consider theories behind evaluation methods and share their experiences of putting them into practice. Open to people from outdoor learning organisations, including those involved in environmental management.

Emergency Circus describes itself as administering ‘inspirational circus shows and workshops to the hospitalised, the homeless, the imprisoned, and the undercircused everywhere.’ and has been performing at camps and train stations alongside thousands of refugees from Turkey to Calais.
International Conference of Undergraduate Research (ICUR) 2015 short film
New online: a short film about ICUR 2015, at which over 300 undergraduates presented their research via video conference in 65 internationally linked sessions. ICUR 2016 will be held on 27 and 28 September 2016 and the call for abstracts will be open soon.

We are pleased to invite you to the 3rd annual International Conference of Undergraduate Research (ICUR) which will be held concurrently, via international video-links, in Australia, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Africa, and the United States. We have about 70 Warwick undergraduates presenting their research over the 2 days and hope you can join in and support their efforts!
ICUR (International Conference of Undergraduate Research) 2014 call for papers
The conference, to be held on 23 September in institutions in eight cities across five continents, is looking for submissions from undergraduates of abstracts for spoken and paper presentations.
