School Tasking
Project Aim
To use the format of the TV show Taskmaster in primary school outreach work to engage children from non-traditional backgrounds and encourage them to consider coming to university, and possibly studying Law!
What was the most exciting part of your project?
Seeing the teamwork, enthusiasm and engagement of the children.
What did co-creation look like in your project?
Our LLB students designed and created the materials used in the school sessions.
What is your biggest learning from this project?
To focus on skills-based learning with the children more than information-based learning.
What did IATL’s support mean to you?
IATL support enabled us to work with our students in the creation of the materials, in turn enabling them to showcase their talents.
