  1. What forms of expression are protected by Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights? Is the banning of the full-face veil in public places an interference with freedom of expression?
  2. What are the limits to freedom of expression? Can you think of examples of books that were censored under any of the grounds listed in Article 10(2)?
  3. What is the margin of appreciation? What was decided in Handyside v UK concerning The Little Red Schoolbook? Do you agree with this decision?
