Victoria Jelicic - Programme Manager

Victoria Jelicic

Victoria leads on the effective delivery and evaluation of the Humanitarian Engineering programme suite, a partnership between three Faculties within the University of Warwick. She works closely with the Academic Director in the School of Engineering to plan, facilitate and monitor the strategic development and operational management of the interdisciplinary Humanitarian Engineering Master programmes. She also supports the development of innovative teaching and learning initiatives through the work within the Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning (IATL).

During her full time studies, Victoria coordinated the International Conference of Undergraduate Research in partnership with Monash University Australia and also acted as a project manager and researcher within IATL. She has also worked as an education coordinator to support Lean training programs, certifications and accreditations, and had roles as a researcher and analyst in boutique consultancies in Canada and the UK.

Victoria obtained a Bachelor of Human Resource Management with Honours from the School of Human Resource Management (SHRM), York University (Toronto, Canada) and a Master of Arts in International Employment Relations from Warwick Business School (WBS). As a Doctoral Researcher within the Organisation and HRM Group at WBS, Victoria's research focused on employee perceptions of corporate social responsibility in a leading multinational company.

Victoria is a member of the following teaching and research groups: Organisation &HRM (OHRM), Industrial Relations Research Unit (IRRU), Connecting Research on Employment and Work (CREW) and Global Research Priorities (GRP). She is active in the Widening Participation Forum and the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Network and was a representative from 2012-2017 for her relevant cohorts on the Student-Staff Liaison Committee (SSLC) during her studies.
