Rebecca Limb was an IAS/IATL Early Career Fellow at the University of Warwick 2019-2020. As part of her fellowship, Rebecca was conducting a qualitative research project seeking to improve the communication between health care professionals and patients. Rebecca’s PhD (2019 Warwick University) was an empirical investigation into the participation of children in their health care. This includes consent to and refusals of therapeutic medical treatment. Her interest in this area developed from her experiences as a paediatric patient. Prior to this, she completed her LLB at the University of Warwick (2016).
