Helen joined IATL in September 2023 having worked in university, public sector, charity and membership organisation research, evaluation and policy roles for 14 years, including several previous roles at Warwick. Helen also works part-time for Warwickshire Police within the Learning and Development Directorate, evaluating police training. Helen’s academic background is in Health Psychology (MSc).
