As part of a Warwick University initiative on Food Security and in collaboration with the International Agri-Technology Centre (IATC), you are invited to participate in a half-day event at Warwick HRI, Wellesbourne on Monday, 6 July 2009.

Outline programme

There are two parts to the event:

1. An afternoon session for West Midlands organisations to explore opportunities for future collaboration and for developing a regional "network" to address ‘food’ and ‘food security’ issues that require further research and/or development.
2. A buffet supper to allow West Midlands organisations to network with commercial officers of the UK Trade and Investment Network and explore opportunities for developing international trade and EU-funded business.
