Rebecca has her work published in Organometallics! Unusual organocopper chemistry including an organocopper polymer!

Alice and the Williams Group team publish studies on doping ZnO nanoparticles using reactive organometallic precursors. These doped nanoparticles are used in conjuction with Cu nanoparticles for the hydrogenation of CO₂ to methanol. Al-doping improves the catalytic ability of these systems.

Great to see a big collaborative effort published. ZnO nanoparticles capped with oleate ligands are used to make effective antibacterial surfaces when combined with crystal violet dye when tested under realisitic hospital like conditions. Effective against problematic bacterial strains of E.Coli, MRSA and C. Difficile.

We have published a feature article presenting the use of single-source precurors with two or more different metals which can be converted into mixed-metal oxide materials.
