Graduation Reception Invite - School of Engineering

The School of Engineering would like to invite you to a Graduation Reception in the Rootes Learning Grid on Thursday 17th July from 12noon - 2pm.

This will precede your formal degree ceremony, which is due to take place at 3pm in the Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre.

The event will include:

• Refreshments and a light buffet
• An address from Professor John Murphy, Head of School
• The awarding of prizes and certificates*

We very much hope that you and your party will be able to join this celebration.

Please note that:

• Our Graduation Reception will take place before the ceremony, not after the ceremony
• Collection of tickets and robes for the degree ceremony is from 11.30am. Graduands and guests are required to be seated in Butterworth Hall for 2.30pm

We recommend, therefore, that graduands collect their tickets and robes prior to attending our reception to allow good time to be seated for the ceremony.
