Schedule: Summer 2018

The Summer Graduation Ceremonies 2018 will take place between the Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 25th July (NOT including Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 July).

All ceremonies will be held in the Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre. There will be two ceremonies on each day, commencing at 11.00 and 15.00.

Registration for the Summer Graduation Ceremonies 2018 will open in mid May 2018 and potential graduands will receive an email invitation when this opens (please ensure that your email contact is up to date with the Academic Office - update via your Student Records Online >> my student record or contact us if you no longer have access). If you believe that you are eligible to graduate this July and you have not received an email invitation or you cannot access the online process when this is open in May, please contact us.

IMPORTANT NOTE - If you are eligible to graduate this summer and you wish to defer your graduation to attend a future ceremony you MUST OPT OUT of graduating in the summer ceremonies by registering online your intention to defer your graduation. If you do not complete the online registration to let us know this, you will graduate in absentia at the summer ceremonies and you will NOT be permitted to attend a future ceremony. Your certificate will be printed and will remain on file at the University until you contact us.

The following table shows the allocation of faculties and departments to the ceremonies. If you are reading for a joint degree you will graduate alongside the department which has lead responsibility for your course; please check carefully. If you are not sure which department you will graduate with please check the course allocation schedule or contact the Awards and Ceremonies Team on 02476 151392.

A full course allocation list to confirm the date and time of your ceremony will be available shortly before we open registration.

If your course is not listed, or the date and time does not correspond with the date and time which will be shown on your invitation email and on your online registration form, please contact us immediately to confirm which ceremony you should attend. ALL PART-TIME DEGREES FROM THE CENTRE FOR LIFELONG LEARNING WILL GRADUATE ALONGSIDE THEIR DEPARTMENT (ie WITH THE CENTRE FOR LIFELONG LEARNING) AND NOT WITHIN THEIR COURSE SUBJECT AREA.
