Schedule: July 2018

The Summer Graduation Ceremonies 2018 will take place between the Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 25 July (not including Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 July. All ceremonies will be held in the Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre. There will be two ceremonies on each day, commencing at 11.00 and 15.00.

Registration for the July Graduation Ceremonies 2018 will open in mid May 2018 and potential graduands will receive an email invitation when this opens.

The following table shows the allocation of faculties and departments to the ceremonies. If you are reading for a joint degree you will graduate alongside the department which has lead responsibility for your course; please check carefully. If you are not sure which department you will graduate with please check the course allocation schedule or contact the Awards and Ceremonies Team on 02476 151392.

If your course is not listed, or the date and time does not correspond with the date and time which will be shown on your invitation email and on your online registration form, please contact us immediately to confirm which ceremony you should attend. All part-time degrees will graduate alongside their department (ie with the Centre of Lifelong Learning)
