During November Beford Modern School hosted a competition involving three competing formula student teams. We were lucky enough to be invited along and as well as getting a chance to listen to the three teams present their results from last year and plans for improvement with this years team, we were able to show off our vehicle to the children of several local schools. Prior to the presentations our kart was on display in the school hall and three of us on hand to answer questions from pupils and parents alike. We also had the chance to meet some leaders in the Formula 1 industry.
