The steering rack mount and pedal mounts for the accelerator and brakes are now in the car. The mounts for the pedal were welded in this week and as well as the tube that the steering rack mounts bolts too.

Last Monday, the Warwick Racing team were very pleased to find the new wheels had arrived from Force Racing.

Now that the welding of the spaceframe is complete the bosses and mounts are being welded in. The disk brakes are being manufacture using a CNC milling machine. Check out the videos inside.

Since the last update a lot has happenned. The spaceframe has been 98% welded together and we have now begun welding on brackets for the suspension and engine mounting.

It's been a busy past week at Warwick Racing, with the whole team getting stuck into the manufacturing phase. The rear and middle structure of the spaceframe has been tacked together and half of the front is jigged up..... 

The spacefame jigging and welding has begun this week.  Starting with the rear structure the tubes have been EDM wirecut, with help from Rotodata. These are then clamped in place so that they can be tacked together.

Rob McDonald, a member of the power train team, has been busy manufacturing a tester for the fuel injector system.
