PhD Title: Harnessing Molecular Simulations to advance Electronics and Photovoltaics: design rules for the selective deposition of metals by novel condensation techniques
PhD Supervisors: Gabriele Sosso, Ross Hatton
My PhD project, supervised by Dr. Gabriele Sosso and Professor Ross Hatton, looks at a novel method for the selective deposition of metals, discovered by the Hatton group, aiming to understand the underlying physical processes and factors that control this new technique.
Prior to joining Hetsys, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Warwick, gaining a first class masters in chemistry in 2022. My masters project was a computational investigation of Sodium Niobates as future battery materials, where I used a combination of Density Functional Theory and Molecular Dynamics simulations.
