Brassica C genome Diversity Fixed Foundation Set (BCgDFFS)

The BCgDFFS was established from 89 founder accessions representing 14 species*. To fix the population and to overcome self - incompatibility the founder lines were crossed with a microspore - responsive, self - compatible rapid cycling line. |
We have created fixed doubled haploid lines from 35 founder accessions representing 12 species. |
