Meeting of EUVRIN IPM Working Group 2019

Next annual EUVRIN IPM meeting will take place in Saint Pol de Léon, France, on the 14th and 15th of November 2019. Registration deadline is October 25th. The precise location of the meeting will be confirmed in the coming 2 weeks.
We propose to build the discussions around 2 main topics:
1) pest monitoring (emergence of new diseases, detection of epidemics etc.)
2) pest control (cultural and biocontrol tools, ...)
On the first day, we will start with the visit of Vegenov; then, after lunch, there will be the opportunity for you to present your current work or a project, either through a talk or a poster.
Dinner is planned in the historical centre of Roscoff, near the sea.
On the second day, a brainstorming session will be organized in breakout groups to discuss about 2 to 4 different subjects that are linked to the main topics that have been covered on the first day. A specialist in European funding will make a presentation on the main kinds of funding options (typical calls) that are proposed within EU framework programs. After lunch, the visit of the CATE will be organized.
For the logistics, we strongly advise you to rent a car or to organize car-sharing among yourselves as public transportation is very limited and the different places (hotels, meeting room, diner place, Vegenov, CATE, etc.) are not immediately close to each other.
