Warwick maths students achieved some outstanding results at the International Student Team Competition in Mathematics (ISTCiM) hosted by the University of Silesia (Katowice, Poland) in November 2023.

Our in-person team (called "Rootes of Unity") tied for second place (among 20 in-person teams).

In the in-person individual category, Thomas Read (3rd year PhD) came first place (out of 87), achieving a perfect score, whilst Jan Kuś (4th year MMath) tied for second place. See individual results hereLink opens in a new window.
